Mechanics and Concept:
The horde mechanics are designed so that entering a specific zone triggers zombie spawns in a different area, ensuring that spawns remain dynamic and unpredictable. This keeps the gameplay fresh and requires players to think on their feet.
Challenges:
The main challenge was participating in the Game Dev TV game jam, where we had to balance the game’s difficulty and ensure smooth gameplay within a limited timeframe.
Improvements:
One of the key areas for improvement is the enemy AI. Enhancing AI behaviors would add more depth and complexity to the zombie hordes, making them more challenging and engaging to fight.
